what wedding products do you offer?

Wedding announcements, directions cards, accommodations cards, response cards, save the dates, registry cards, place/calling cards, table numbers, reception cards, wedding programs, menus, signage, wedding maps, seating charts, thank you cards and anything else you can imagine.

 

how does your pricing work?

Pricing is based on many variables:

• Are you getting printed designs or purchasing digital files?

• How many cards are you getting?

• The size of your cards? Designs are set up with many files on one page...the smaller the card, the more files I can fit on the page...the less paper I use in printing, the more affordable your price. 1) Pay deposit...then balance...or 2) Pay all at once.

• What type of card stock you want...they vary in price based on texture and thickness.

 

 

 

 

what is your process?

• We begin with a deposit...$100 via paypal...this amount gets deducted from your end total.

• After the deposit has processed (2-5 days depending on paypal's speed)...you will have digital proofs within 3-5 business days via email.

• You will let me know any edits needed and we will go back and forth revising until you are 100% happy with the design.

• I will send you final digital proofs of the design prior to printing. You will need to approve the final proofs before they are printed.

• You will be sent a final paypal invoice which will be the balance minus the deposit.

• Printing will not commence until the balance is paid...and I am happy to make revisions at anytime. How final proofs look os how they will print...so double check all design aspects.

      PAPERMADE INVITES is not responsible for typos and design flaws after this point.

• After the paypal invoice is paid and the funds process (please allow 2-5 business days, depending on paypals speed), printing will take place on the card stock of your choice. The printing process ranges from 2-7 days depending on the season...more days for a custom order. I can rush orders...so please let me know before the balance is made...and that cost will show up on your invoice and the order will be expedited.

• Card stock orders will then be packaged, prepped and shipped via USPS 1-3 Day Priority Mail. Shipping costs range between $5-$25 in the US. I ship worldwide.

 

 

what is your turn-around time?

As soon as you contact me wanting to place an order, I will respond to you within 2 business days. Turn around time is generally pretty fast...most orders are designed, printed, shipped and received within 2 weeks.

 

 

what information do you need from me?

• Bride + Groom’s name (as you want them on the card: first, last, full)

• Name of: City, State of Ceremony Venue + Reception Venue (if different)

• Date & Time (typed out or numerical)

• RSVP response date

• Body text color, Header Text Color, Background Color

• Any Comments/Special Instructions (be aware: big changes will result in a small fee)

• You are welcome to email me at anytime during the process and let me know any other revisions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

when do I send out my wedding stationery?

• Send out Save the Date Cards 6-9 months before the wedding…sooner for a summer wedding…so people can schedule vacation time.

• Select Invitations and Order Stationery 4-6 months before the wedding day.

• Mail out Wedding Invitations 4-8 weeks before the wedding…most venues will let you know how much time they need to find out meal choices and quantities of guests.

 

 

 

 

what type of card stocks + papers do you offer?

I offer many lines of card stock for your designs to be printed on…and they are all the highest quality of papers from classic crest. The higher the (#) number the thicker the card stock. (The bamboo and cotton are the exceptions to this as they are not made from trees, they are the equivalent of 100# weight paper…which is still very thick…and our standard printing weight.)

 

All 100# matte finish card stock comes at price quote rates, but if you want a thicker or different type of card stock…that would be slightly additional in cost. Just send me a message and I would be happy to give you some pricing.

 

• 100# Matte Cover: has a slight sheen to it

• 100# Linen Cover: a luxurious textured linen finish (this has a fabulous rich texture with a canvas feel to it)

• 100# Uncoated Cover: no gloss or sheen at all...base pricing is for this

• 100# Cream Cover: a luxurious textured linen finish (this has a rich fabulous rich texture with a classic linen feel to it)

• 100# Kraft Cover: a fabulous thick brown kraft paper card stock…better than butcher paper

• 110# Gloss Cover

• 110# Matte Cover: has a slight sheen to it

• 110# 100% Recycled White Cover: eco-friendly and tree free

• 110# Uncoated Cover: no gloss or sheen at all

• 110# Pearlescent Cover: has a pearly shimmered texture, but still thick and heavy

• 110# Silver Cover: metallic thick weight silver card stock

• 110# Champagne Cover: a creamy colored card stock with a shimmery pearlescent finish

• 130# Gloss Cover: great for save the date postcards and photo prints

• 130# Matte Cover: has a slight sheen to it

• 130# Uncoated Cover: no gloss or sheen to it at all

• 130# 100% Recycled White Cover: eco-friendly

• 150# Bamboo Cover: tree free/eco-friendly
